THE COTTAGE
tHREE BEDROOM DETACHED HOLIDAY COTTAGE
Our detached cottage dates from the 1900s and has been tastefully restored and decorated. It sleeps up to four people in two double bedrooms
We can also provide a travel cot for a baby that doubles up as a playpen, there is also a high chair and stair gate to keep the little one safe.
The cottage has full central heating throughout and a small log burner which means the cottage is great for cosy nights in during the autumn and winter months.
The open plan lounge/diner has a pine dining table and chairs, sofas, and a television with video, DVD and CD players. The TV receives all free to view UK & French channels so you can keep up to date with your favourite programmes. There is a large selection of videos and DVDs and a wide range of family board games and books for all ages.
The well-equipped kitchen has been fitted with modern units, including a dishwasher. For cooking there is a large range-style cooker for those who want to practise their French cuisine skills! A large selection of quality kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and serving dishes are provided.
There are two bathrooms on on the ground floor with a toilet, a large sink, a small bath and a shower cubicle. The second bathroom is on the first floor with a large walk-in shower, sink and toilet..
The two double bedrooms have pine double beds with matching wardrobes and side cabinets. The baby’s cot can be placed wherever is suitable.

THE GITE
TWO BEDROOM COURTYARD STYLE HOLIDAY GITE
Our gite was a residential property up until 1936. After that, it was used by a local farmer to store his cider barrels and apple press. We renovated it in 2004 and turned it in to a self-catering holiday gite
The Gite sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms. It has full central heating throughout and has a large log burner, making it suitable for holidays all year round.
There is an open plan lounge/diner with a galley-style kitchen area. The focal point of the room is the large original fireplace.
The lounge area has comfortable sofas, while the dining area has a pine table and six chairs.
The kitchen has fitted units with an integrated dual fuel cooker. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and a large selection of kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and serving dishes.
The television in the gite receives all free to view UK & French channels. There is a DVD and video player and a selection of DVD’s videos, games and books.
A patio door leads to the rear garden, where there is a garden table and chairs.
The bathroom has been fitted with a large shower cubicle and a sink unit. There is a separate toilet next to the bathroom.
One bedroom has a metal frame double bed, with an oak wardrobe and side cabinets. The second bedroom has two painted pine single beds with a painted pine wardrobe and chest of drawers.
For our smaller guests there is a baby bath, travel cot, stair gate and high chair if required
