TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The balance of the amount due for the full cost of the holiday must be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If the balance remains unpaid after this date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as follows:

The descriptions of properties and facilities given on the website were accurate at the time of compilation. No responsibility is accepted for subsequent changes.
These conditions together with the information contained on our website form a contract between you and us. When we have confirmed your booking, a contract exists under which we accept responsibility for the provision of all the services described in our invoice to you. This contract shall be governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
You must complete a booking form, accepting on behalf of all your party the terms of these booking conditions and paying the appropriate deposit. It is your responsibility to check that the details on your invoice are as indicated on the booking form. You or any member of your party may cancel the holiday at any time, provided written confirmation is made by the person who signed the booking form. Calculation of cancellation charges commence from the receipt by us of written confirmation of cancellation.
Only the number of persons stated on the original booking form may stay at the property and this must not exceed the maximum occupancy.
Dogs are welcome on request, but normally only outside of the high season subject to our “Pet Policy” We only accept two dogs onsite at any one time. There is a £20 supplement per dog. Please note that pets are not allowed in bedrooms.
Compensation will not be payable by us to you if we have to cancel your holiday for any of the following reasons: war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or congestion of air, rail or sea ports, technical problems due to transport, cancellation or changes to schedules by scheduled airlines or similar events beyond our control.
If you have a complaint about your holiday or consider anything not to be as you had expected, please contact us immediately and we will try to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. We cannot consider any complaint that is made after your departure.
Please do not arrive before 3.00pm on the first day of your holiday and you must depart by 10.00am on the last day of your holiday.
Damage deposits must be paid on arrival to the owners. The damage deposit will be refunded on your departure. Any damage to the property or facilities and any breakages must be paid for in full before departure. Items of furniture, crockery, cutlery and linen must not be removed from the premises under any circumstances. This specifically includes high-chairs and cots.
If you have booked more than one holiday home, please ensure that any equipment transferred between properties is put back in its original location before you depart.
Please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. If additional cleaning is required, this will be charged for at 15 euros per hour.
Additional cleaning is defined as: Cleaning cooker hobs and oven linings; cleaning walls or ceilings; removing stains from curtains, carpets, furniture, beds or linen/duvets; washing and drying used crockery/cutlery and cleaning baths/showers if left unclean.
*Please note that the use of swimming/paddling pool, games equipment etc is at your own risk*
*Children are NOT permitted to use the swimming pool or paddling pool unsupervised by an adult*
It is your responsibility to arrange personal insurance covering you and your party whilst on holiday.
To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we require that all pet parents read and agree to the following policy:
- First and foremost, dogs must be very well-behaved and well-trained
- Please do not leave your dog unattended
- Of course, we ask that your dog not share your bed. We would prefer that dogs do not go into bedrooms
- All dogs must have their own basket/bed/blanket. Furniture must be covered.
- Depending on availability, we accept up to 2 dog guests at one time
- We require that dog guests be bathed and groomed before arrival at Les Fougeres and be at least one year old
- All dogs must have up to date vaccinations
- We expect that our guests clean up after their pets completely. All poops must be scooped, bagged and binned immediately.
- Upon arrival, the dog owner will sign a waiver agreeing to pay for any damages caused or extra-cleaning needed due to the dog
- Dogs must be friendly & sociable as we may have other dogs on the premises
- In the unlikely event your dog is not well-behaved or disturbs other guests by continual barking, then we reserve the right to ask the owners to kennel their dog or leave
